Railway anti-vibration mats.
Railway anti-vibration material supplied in panels, thickness of 15 to 50 mm, produced using fibres and granules of SBR rubber (Stirene Butadiene Rubber) selected and compacted using a polyurethane glue in a hot process; density 500 kg/m³. A nonwoven, non-stretch synthetic membrane is applied on one side of panel, for added protection. Lenght and density as per project specifications.

Under ballast mats – UBM
The Isolgomma MATRACK anti-vibration solution for under-ballast (UBM) applications is a product with consolidated vibration damping properties. The ability to provide solutions with different densities and thicknesses allows us to meet many different project specifications. The products in the MATRACK range can be supplied with different types of puncture resistant fabric which in most cases allow for drainage, facilitating the passage of water through the ballast into the drainage channels below.
The ISOLGOMMA MATRACK vibration damping mat for under-ballast applications is supplied in customized panels suitable both for horizontal and lateral layer placement in order to create a floating mass system to contain the ballast.
UBM raised sections
The ISOLGOMMA MATRACK vibration damping mat for raised section under-ballast applications is supplied in customized panels available also with double protective un-stretched membrane both against puncture and protecting the underlying compacted/stabilised layer.
Under slab mats – USM
The Isolgomma MATRACK anti-vibration solutions, for under-slab applications in reinforced concrete, whether pre-fabricated or casted on site, offer high levels of vibration damping and are provided in rubber panels: continuous surface, linear supports and point-like supports.
USM continuous surface
Track system with slab in reinforced concrete either pre-fabricated or casted on site. The MATRACK antivibration mats are supplied in customized panels to create a continuous layer of vibration damping material with high vibration damping performance. With this type of application, excellent levels of isolation can be achieved combined with high stability of the reinforcement and extremely quick and easy laying.
USM linear supports
Vibration damping system made of linear supports laid under the maximum load areas on systems with reinforced concrete slabs. The MATRACK vibration damping supports are supplied in customized strips to be positioned under the platforms. With this type of application, very low natural frequencies are achieved, offering a solution with an high performance-cost ratio.
USM point-like supports
Vibration damping system made of point-like supports, designed and offered for systems with reinforced concrete platforms.
The MATRACK antivibration supports are supplied in customized pads to be positioned under reinforced concrete platforms. With this type of application, extremely high levels of damping can be achieved by analysing each project in detail.
