SLITRACK under sleeper pads for ballast-based track systems are mainly used for conventional and high-speed lines. They serve the dual purpose of protecting the ballast, thereby increasing its working life, and reducing vibrations thanks to their intrinsic anti-vibration properties.
Under Slepper Pads – on concrete
SLITRACK under sleeper pads for reinforced concrete slab systems are manufactured with anti-vibration mechanical properties; the reinforced concrete sleeper is wrapped in SLITRACK panels to provide complete protection for the sleeper from the surrounding concrete casting.
