Isolgomma’s Technical Support is capable of offering a series of exclusive and highly professional services. We support the Client and/or Designer all along the phases of the project starting with defining the most adequate acoustic solution, choosing the product, installing with correct laying, and ending with acoustic tests at the construction site.
For special requests write to tecservice@isolgomma.com, Our highly specialised technical staff will respond quickly to your requests, providing dedicated technical and thoughtfully calculated reports.
Construction
Before sales: solutions for the acoustic and thermal insulation of floors and walls are studied and developed calculating optimum solutions and presenting a professional technical report that is detailed and complete, measured to client’s specific requests.
After sales: the client is assisted at the construction site in the delicate phase of laying the products. Surveys of the work are undertaken as foreseen in standard UNI EN ISO 140-1 with the drafting of relative reports for acoustical performances.
Railway
Before sales: adequate solutions for railway transport applications are analysed and developed through a study of vibration useful for selecting the product/solution that best responds to the requirements of the technical terms and/or specification technical office works with computerised calculation tools and simulations like “FEM” system to set up environmental impact analysis of the proposed solutions to help clients and designers evaluate technical proposals. Also, with the support of both static and dynamic lab tests defined solutions can be specified, according to the standards in use in the railway sector at the national and international level.
Industry
Before sales:solutions to insulate vibrations in the industrial sector are studied and developed both for light machines like chillers and for heavy applications like production presses. Adequate solutions are defined based on client needs.
After sales: the client is assisted in the phase of laying out the product.
